The Calgary Foot Clinic has provided comprehensive, quality foot and ankle care in Calgary for twenty years. The goal of the Calgary Foot Clinic is to provide timely, personal care for your foot or ankle disorder to allow you to quickly return to pain free activity.
The Clinic's doctors have completed undergraduate, professional and post-graduate surgical residency training. Their extensive training continues yearly as they attend continuing medical education courses in podiatric medicine, biomechanics, surgery and specialized techniques such as ankle arthroscopy. They maintain credentialing from the specialty boards of podiatry in the United States.
All foot and ankle problems are treated including heel pain/plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, neuromas. Conservative and surgical treatment of foot deformities; including bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs, arthritic joints, tendon and ligament tears as well as ankle conditions. Diabetic foot care is provided as a service and Dr. Unger specializes in diabetic limb salvage. Arthritic conditions, biomechanics and sports medicine are areas of special interest of our doctors.
The doctors have admitting and surgical privileges at the Peter Lougheed Centre and at local surgery centres where surgical procedures, if necessary, can be performed safely and comfortably.
The Calgary Foot Clinic operates from two convenient locations. The Downtown Office is centrally located within the heart of downtown and is easily accessible by public transportation. Nearby parking is available. The Richmond Square office is located in a mall adjacent to Sarcee Trail and Richmond Road with ample free parking.
